THE CHURCH

The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints's official website on LGBTQ issues

The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints has official websites on same-sex attraction and transgender issues. These sites do not offer a comprehensive explanation of everything related to LGBTQ issues, but they do reflect the feelings of Church leaders as to how we should treat each other as part of the human family. The sites offer a place where members can find inspiration to work through difficult challenges while remaining faithful to Church teachings.

We at Listen, Learn, and Love believe in and are fully committed to the success of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. We are not proposing or advocating for changes in the church’s policies or doctrines. But we are committed to facilitating meaningful, loving, and productive dialogue with our Heavenly Parents’ LGBTQ+ children. We want to hear and share their stories.
